Felix D. Fudge http://bsra.net/admin/Default.aspx Profile: Felix graduated from the University of Alabama in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. He immediately began his real estate career in the Fall of 1985 with Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate where he specialized in income properties. Thereafter, he was in commercial real estate with Capital Synergy and Landguard Properties. In August of 1993, Felix obtained his Florida Brokers License and started Bridgeport South Realty Advisors, Inc. Felix has been active in the long term planning of the City of St.Petersburg, including Vision 2020, new Land Development Regulations (LDR’s) and 4th Street Beautification projects. Historic Preservation is a passion of Felix’s. Felix is a native of St. Petersburg. For over 20 years, he has focused his entire career on Commercial Real Estate on the West Coast of Florida. Mickey C. Kramer mkramer@bsra.net Profile: Mickey graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. After consecutive summer internships with Bridgeport South in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005, Mickey formally joined the company after graduation in 2006. He is involved in all aspects of the company. These responsibilities include the complete marketing of properties; market research and analysis; site selection, including site comparisons, zoning, concurrence and traffic flow; property management and tenant representation, including competitive tenant sales volume analysis. Mickey is a native of St. Petersburg. Gayle Lenas glenas@bsra.net Profile: Before joining Bridgeport South in 2005, Gayle spent three years as the office manager for a large dental medical practice and prior to that she spent eleven years in the medical billing field. Both offices were located here in St. Petersburg. At Bridgeport South, she is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, analysis of income and expenses and construction coordination. Due to the increasing difficulty in securing insurance, Gayle has taken on the added responsibility of not only locating property insurance but obtaining coverage at an affordable price. Real Estate Taxes responsibilities are also an area of concern here in Florida which is another issue in which she is responsible.
